Terrorists have began assaulting a secret sub-surface facility that was re-opened by a Government team, after being shut down for twenty-five years. It lies 15000 feet below sea-level and there are only a handful of Spec-Ops units to guard the science team. The attack has already caused many deaths and the head scientist (VIP) and a small squad of Counter-Terrorists are all that remain. If the scientist is killed, all the knowledge gained through research will be in vain.
There is only one way back up to the earth's surface which is through a transportation vehicle that moves like a rocket through a bore-hole to the top.

Terrorists: Prevent the VIP from reaching the escape zone (the transportation machine) lest he escape with vital information.

CT's: Defend the VIP at all costs. He has accumulated much knowledge during the researc and if he gets killed, all the work done at the facility will be in vain.
