Counter-Terrorists: Escort the VIP to the rescue zone on the helipad on the roof of the dock to await evac.

Terrorists: Assasinate the VIP, or prevent him from reaching the helipad.

Other Notes: Boats can be driven. Press your Use key at the controls, and use your move keys to drive.
