A new season of L337 SK337, it's winter, dudes!

Important changes:
 - It's snowy.
 - Smoother launch for the skeets (most of them).
 - Safe for skeets to crash through roof glass.
 - Safe for skeets to land in front cave entrance.
 - Safer for skeets to land behind building from
   water launchers.
 - Garage doors open sooner in the round.
 - Removed lowering bars from the sniper fort.
 - Skeets can not be shot before launch.
 - Added alien-spaceship-type-thing.
