All Out - Bomb/Defuse and Hostage Rescue

Background: Counter-Terrorists have cut
off part of a city to eliminate Terrorist
activity in the area. The Terrorists in
that zone have the choice to keep the
Counter-Terrorists away from the hostages
or bomb the Counter-Terrorist zone. The
Counter-Terrorists in that zone must
kill all the Terrorists, rescue the hostages,
or defuse the bomb if needed.

Counter-Terrorists: Stop the Terrorists
before they can plant the bomb or rescue
the two hostages. If the Terrorists plant
the bomb, your job is to defuse it.

Terrorists: Bomb the Counter-Terrorist
zone or guard your C4 bomber.

Other Notes: One bomb target, two hostages.
